The Queen City Police Foundation was established to help build upon the operational funding that taxpayers provide annually for innovative initiatives, programs and equipment. All of which enhance public safety and further support the men and women of the Burlington Police Department.
2015 marks the 150th Anniversary of the Burlington Police Department. There are many individuals who have helped take the Department to new and higher levels over its history. Your support of the Foundation will enable the Department to remain on the cutting edge of law enforcement, supporting the growing needs of our community.
Innovation in the 21st century moves quickly. Enhancing efficiency, working conditions and equipment is an ongoing operational and budgetary challenge. Your support helps bring contemporary technology, equipment, and initiatives to the Department. In the past, your support has helped us procure modern crime scene vans, motorcycles, rugged laptops for the police cruisers, and most recently, load bearing vests and our Police Activity League, which donates funds to the youth centers and at-risk children for extracurricular activities and camps.
We are asking for your help in giving to the Queen City Police Foundation’s annual fund. Your donation of $50, $100, $500 or more, will provide valuable technology to allow them to continue to do the great work they do every day in our community. The Queen City Police Foundation (QCPF) is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Contributions to the QCPF are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our tax identification number is 03-0364205.
Please consider supporting our great police department. Thank you for your consideration!
